Passionate, energetic, friendly, experienced and professional: a Marriage Celebrant with a modern and fun approach to planning your personalised ceremony. My name is Monique Duggan and I have been a Civil Celebrant since 2006. In that time I have performed hundreds of ceremonies, though never more than one on the same day. This means that I have the depth of experience to ensure the highest possible standards of celebrancy, as well as the time to provide you a truly personalised service. I hold a Diploma in Marriage Celebrancy from the Australian College of Celebrancy and a Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management & Tourism from Victoria University. Prior to becoming a celebrant I was involved in Hospitality as well as Wedding, Events and Conference Management. On a personal note, I have an amazing husband and two gorgeous daughters and love travelling, entertaining and going to great restaurants.
with Melbourne's most recommended celebrant
Finding a celebrant who you can relate to and feel comfortable with will make planning your ceremony far more enjoyable and ensure that the wording and style of your ceremony truly reflects your relationship.
As one of Melbourne’s most recommended celebrants at many of Melbourne’s leading venue including Carousel, Harbour Room, Aerial, Gardens House, Rippon Lea Estate, Melbourne Museum, Stones of the Yarra Valley, Riva, Brighton Baths, Werribee Mansion and the Melbourne Supper Club as well as many other venues around Melbourne, the Yarra Valley and the Mornington Peninsula, I have had the privilege of working with many couples and can honestly say that each couple is unique. Everyone wants their day to be original and memorable and I know just how we can achieve this together.
My experience, along with my background in Conference Management and Hotel Sales & Marketing, have given me a great appreciation of just what is required to make your day perfect. My organization and communication skills enable me to eliminate the common ceremony stresses, ensuring that you are free to simply relax and enjoy your celebration.
I really enjoy sharing a few laughs (or tears) with couples. Hearing about how you met, and your story. I am an extremely good listener and enjoy creating a personalized ceremony that reflects your story, your relationship, your family and friends and your lifestyle.
I also conduct Naming Day Ceremonies as well as modern and fun Commitment Ceremonies to show to world the happiness that you share.
I look forward to hearing from you. 0403 207 341
